Updated in response to the General Data Protection Regulation that came in to affect on 25th May 2018.

Receiving emails should mean that you have attended a class or workshop with me and provided your email address prior to or when starting your attendance.  I only use your data as first indicated - for information about classes and workshops.

If you do not wish to receive emails from me please unsubscribe by replying in an email requesting 'unsubscribe'.

The data I hold for you includes your name, email address, contact number and health information provided by you. The GDPR requires us to make sure you are aware that we hold this data and that you know your rights.

Types of data and purposes:

The data I hold about you includes your name and email address to keep you informed about classes and workshops which are open to your attendance.

If you have attended classes I may also hold some personal or sensitive data (e.g. telephone number, medical condition).

Committed to respecting your privacy:

Your data and information will be kept secure and private. It will not be passed on to any third party unless either it is necessary for a medical emergency in which case it will be passed to the appropriate authorities.

I will take steps to ensure that personal data is kept secure at all times. Records will be kept in a password protected spreadsheet on a secure laptop. The information I hold will be kept up to date and can be checked by you at any time by contacting me at -
